They Do It Better: Backstage Catering

Mixes greens and poccini mushroom salad to start. Followed by couscous and roasted vegetables with chicken breast and merguez sausages. Homemade ice cream with blueberry and blackberry sauce for dessert. And to finish it all off: a cup of french press with a pear brandy aperatif. Safe to say no venue in North America offers up a menu quite like this. Shout out to Le Romandie in Lausanne and the dude pictured below for a fine meal.
