Buried Inside Chronoclast LP

Just got this on the weekend and happy with how it came out. Stumptown did a great job with the jackets. Available from Init not too many coloured copies left so if you want that you should jump on it. There will be a couple of shows at the end of May where the black version will be available.

Motivation

I used to stare at this drawing for hours. It sat to the left of my monitor. A constant reminder that I was working for someone else and that my professional opinion was always 6 approvals away from having any merit. That was a hard grind. But this little drawing used to make me smile, so I post it here for anyone who is stuck in a place they don’t want to be doing things they don’t want to be doing.

Love Songs

What better way to spend Valentine’s day than checking out some black metal stuff I used to really dig? This whole scene got so goofy at one point that I had a hard time listening to the music. Sometimes it is nice to take a break from genres and revisit them with less scrutiny and an open ear. These are what I would consider some of the standouts.
